Efficacy and safety of retatrutide, a novel GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptor agonist for obesity treatment: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials found that retatrutide, a triple GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor agonist, produced significant improvements in body weight and metabolic outcomes in adults with obesity, with an acceptable safety profile.

Bremelanotide (PT-141) for the Treatment of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder
Two identical phase 3 trials evaluated subcutaneous bremelanotide (PT-141) in premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Both showed significant improvements in sexual desire and related distress, with a favourable safety profile.

Effect of Tesamorelin on Liver Fat and Visceral Fat in HIV-Infected Patients With Abdominal Fat Accumulation: A Randomized Clinical Trial
A randomised clinical trial in patients with abdominal fat accumulation found that tesamorelin, a growth-hormone-releasing factor analogue, significantly reduced visceral and liver fat versus placebo, without worsening glucose control.
