What's the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by SKU, but typically 100+ units per peptide, sold in units of 10. Discounts are available for long-term large orders.

How long does shipping take?

We currently serve five markets from regional hubs: Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam, and the UAE. Most orders ship within 48 hours of payment clearing, and the last mile runs through in-country logistics partners, with refrigerated handling where it's needed.

How are batches tested?

Vials from every batch go to an independent European laboratory for a full assay panel: identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, heavy metals, and residual TFA. The lab publishes the certificates on its own site, and we link to them from each product page.

Where do you publish certificates of analysis?

On the laboratory's own portal. We never re-host them ourselves. Each product page links straight to the lab-published PDF for the current batch, so the proof comes from a third party rather than from us.

Can you white label the products for me?

Yes. We ship all peptides under our own brand as standard, but please let us know what labelling you want the peptides to arrive in. We can either ship unbranded (but clearly labelled with the peptide identifier), or for a fee, with your own label.

What's the best way to store peptides?

Accepted Answer

Ideal storage for most unopened peptides is −20 °C, but a freezer or fridge is fine for the short term, and once reconstituted (mixed with water) keep them refrigerated. Keep peptides out of direct sunlight, and handle reconstituted peptides gently rather than shaking them.

What's the shelf life of the peptides?

If stored under the correct conditions, unopened peptide vials are good for 2 years, after which they lose potency. Reconstituted vials are more fragile and lose potency much faster, and are best used within 30-60 days.
